 Summer in the mountains in the Wipptal holiday region means enjoying yourself in the most beautiful variations of unspoiled nature. On the one hand, there are over 550 km of the best marked trails that offer everything from easy walks to summit attempts. On the other hand, the Wipptal holiday region also has an enormous mountain biking trail network. There are also fixed-rope routes in St. Jodok and in the Gschnitztal for climbers and on pleasant days, the Bärenbachl near the Bergeralm gondola lift invites the entire family to splash and play. Different themes can be found throughout the impressive mountains and gentle valleys of the Wipptal including the mining path, the creation trail or the source trail. The city of Innsbruck with its beautiful cultural heritage is only a short train ride away.
